Sundays at Lighthouse Mackay are simple, meaningful, and made for connection. As a new church plant, we’re creating a space to slow down, build community, and explore faith together. Sundays at Lighthouse Mackay kick off at 10am, on the first and third Sunday of every month. Here’s what a Sunday morning looks like:

Adults Service

In-person: We gather on the first and third Sunday of each month for a 75-minute service that includes live music and practical teaching. Morning tea is available before and during the service. Come early, grab a cuppa, and make yourself at home.

Online: Our Sunday services from our Rockhampton Campus are broadcast live at 10am AEST and are available for replay during the week.

Lighthouse Kids

Lighthouse Kids is a warm, joy-filled space where children discover God through fun, Bible-based lessons and meaningful connection.

We’re passionate about helping kids grow in faith and friendship in a way that feels both vibrant and welcoming. A mother’s room is also available if you need a quiet space during the service.

You’ll find us at 1 Oloughlin Street, North Mackay, QLD 4740.

There’s parking available right out the front of the building, and you’ll be greeted by friendly faces as you arrive.

Our welcome team will be there to say hello, help you get settled, and answer any questions you might have.

General Questions:

  • No parking drama here - we’ve got onsite parking ready and waiting for you!

  • Anything that you feel comfortable in. Come as you are - we’re just glad you’re here.

  • Our building is located on the corner - and you will see flags flying out the front!

  • At Lighthouse we are friendly, relaxed and real. Expect a warm welcome, live music and a message that makes sense - even if church is new to you!
    Our service runs for just over an hour - with time for a cuppa after if you’d like to hang out.

  • You’re exactly who we had in mind. No pressure, no weird stuff - just a space to explore faith at your own pace.
    You can still visit us, even if you’re not religious. You don’t need to believe to belong. Come check it out and see what you think!
